MPEG-NHS是单官能团PEG衍生物的一种，活性酯（NHS）PH7-8.5与伯胺基团反应形成稳定的酰胺键。PEG化的活性酯具有很好的水溶性，可以用来修饰带氨基的多肽，蛋白以及其他小分子。

处理和使用：

MPEG-NHS取用时候需要注意温差，空气湿度，防止吸潮。在反应中尽可能的处于惰性气体保护中。

储存条件：

MPEG-NHS需要在-20℃，干燥条件下保存，惰性气体保护。一年后复测。
