Description:

mPEG-NH2 is one of monofunctional methoxypolyethylene glycol derivatives with a terminal amine group. Amine group reactsrapidly with succinimidyl NHS ester, carboxylic groups and many other aminereactive functional groups either in aqueous buffers or organic solvents. Aminofunctional PEG can be used to modify proteins, peptides, antibodies, particles andother materials with its free primary amine group.
